Lones started conducting its business in 1986 with the production and marketing of clogs, house mules, slippers and comfortable footwear under the "FLY FLOT Comfort made in Italy" brand. Manufactured with the special polyurethane sole “direct injection” system. A brand characterised by footwear models equipped with the highest comfort and durability and self-adjustment to foot shape, which provides a pleasant comfort and stability feeling to the person who usually wears them.
An innovative and technological research approach, together with the maintenance of a wise and consolidated craft heritage, have rendered the Company the absolute Italian leader in this particular market segment, also supporting its position in the international market. The FLY FLOT brand, is registered all over the world, which identifies that the footwear manufactured by Lones, has become a universal synonym of the most favorable comfortable footwear.

Raw materials are produced and tested by the different sectors of the Company to offer the consumer fashionable footwear models, respecting environment and in accordance with European standards. The personnel working on the production lines are chosen on the grounds of skill and professionalism, as a guarantee for a chain renowned all over the world on account of the quality of its original products.

The unquestionable technical quality of the products is assured by the special structure of logistics,   which allows the development of all manufacturing process stages within the Company’s own facilities, distributed along the province of Brescia, in the near villages of Calvisano, Isorella and Montichiari.

The management and manufacturing main office is located here, also including research and development. It covers a total 50,000 m2 area, of which 20,000 m2 are formed by a floor space.


Isorella facilities

One of the three LONES manufacturing plants, which concentrates Company’s business. It covers a total  100,000 m2 area,  of which 22,000 m2 are formed by a floor space.

Montichiari facilities

The manufacturing complex covers a 30,000 m2 area, of which 15,000 m2 are formed by a floor space.
