Once your order has been prepared, you will receive confirmation via email that your items are ready for shipment; and once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with your tracking number with which you can check your package. You can ask for more information by calling our Customer Service at the telephone number 030/968900 (from 09.00 am to 12.00 am). You cannot set a time or a specific day for delivery.

UPS, MBE, BARTOLINI, SDA or TNT courier will deliver your order within approximately 4 working days from the moment we hand the package in to the courier. It may be necessary until 7 working days for remote areas (e.g. for Italy: Calabria, Sardinia and Sicily). The courier does not delivery on Saturdays and Sundays.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the amount of the order and destination country.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURN REQUEST

Keep the receipt you found in the package; you will need it if you want to return an order in whole or in part. Returns are accepted  within 14 days from the delivery date.

In order to proceed with the return, follow the instructions below:
Send the goods from the same country from which you made the order. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised by the customer. In accordance with Article 67 of the Consumer Code the integrity of the product is an essential requisite to exercise the right of withdrawal. Used and damaged items won’t be refunded.
The returned goods will be refunded by transfer or refund of the original payment transaction, within 10 days from the date of verification of the return (the goods must have been delivered to the company and controlled by it as regards the integrity of the product).

We will issue a refund of the returned items within 10 working days from the date of the verification by transferring the original payment (depending on how you paid the order), directly to your credit card, through PayPal or by crediting to current account if you paid by bank transfer.

HOW TO REQUEST THE RETURN
  1. The items must be returned intact and in the same state in which they were received, with the tags indicating the bar code and any other seal that is part of the product and in the original box;
  2. Contact us at 030/968900 (from 09:00 am to 12:00 am) or send an email to info@flyflot.it and request the return or replacement of the goods by providing all your order reference data;
  3. Pack the goods making sure that the product cannot be damaged during transport;
  4. Send the product (Shipping charges to be paid by the customer);
  5. Fly Flot will replace the returned product with another one or reimburse the amount of the returned article (shipping costs charged to Fly Flot).
